Cell Culture Lab Technician (m/w/d)

We are pioneering organoid research at the intersection of 3D cell culture technology and data-driven science. We’re looking for a skilled Cell Culture Lab Technician who is passionate about precision, reproducibility, and pushing the boundaries of organoid research and drug discovery.

• Maintain and passage mammalian cell lines and organoids
• Execute standardized culture protocols with precision
• Contribute to develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cell culture workflows
• Document experimental procedures and results
• Perform quality control assays and contamination testing
• Collaborate with R&D and QA teams on protocol validation
• Support research team with experimental setups
• Work within a GMP-aware / ISO-aligned lab environment
• Maintain lab equipment and coordinate material stock

• 3+ years hands-on cell culture experience
• Proficiency in aseptic technique
• Experience with 3D culture systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Familiarity with GMP or ISO lab standards (even basic awareness)
• Experience with imaging or microscopy is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• BSc in Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
