QC/RA Manager (m/w/d)
- Build and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop and implement regulatory strategy for product development
- Create and manage quality documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Conduct risk management activities (ISO 14971)
- Prepare and support regulatory submissions and audits
- Manage supplier qualification and monitoring
- Drive CAPA processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with notified bodies and regulatory authorities
- Support product classification and intended use definition
- Train internal teams on quality and regulatory requirements
- Maintain post-market surveillance documentation
Cell Culture Lab Technician (m/w/d)
- Maintain and passage mammalian cell lines and organoids
- Execute standardized culture protocols with precision
- Contribute to develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cell culture workflows
- Document experimental procedures and results
- Perform quality control assays and contamination testing
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams on protocol validation
- Support research team with experimental setups
- Work within a GMP-aware / ISO-aligned lab environment
- Maintain lab equipment and coordinate material stock
